How it Works: An Interactive Demonstration

This demonstration will help you conceptualize how the CallAssure solution can help you have better informed staff, gain a greater reach with your patients or within the community, while sustaining a balanced work load.  You will also experience how well the CallAssure voice recognition software recognizes and responds to a wide range of responses, making it a user-friendly vehicle for your clientele.  In the demonstration, you will be able to direct the call in any manner you wish. 

Instructions:

Simply dial the phone number(s) listed and select the script you would like to sample.  You will hear a brief introduction, and then the interactive demonstration will begin immediately.

CallAssure Classic and CDM (Chronic Disease Management)

  • Dial 613-271-2912.
  • The CallAssure Classic demo will simulate a patient discharge scenario.  You will see how the solution verifies the patient and the questions that can be customized to suit your clientele. 
  • The Chronic Disease Management demo will provide a sample of appointment reminders, missed appointment alerts and adjustments to dosing regimens.

Home Health Care Agency

  • Dial 613-627-4649.
  • In this demonstration you will hear a call script customized to monitor the health of congestive heart failure patients.

When sampling the interactive demonstration:

  • CallAssure questions require a YES or NO answer, or you can key in a response using the dial pad.  (1 = Yes; 2 = No).  Just as in real-world scenarios, the solution will accept most slang terminology, such as ‘yep’, or ‘nope’.
  • To hear a question again, just say ‘repeat’.
  • Speak directly into a handset or cell phone when responding to questions.  This way answers can be clearly recorded into the CallAssure system.
  • DO NOT sample the interactive demonstration using a speaker phone. Loud noises in the background can disrupt the CallAssure program.

The interactive demonstration can take up to 5 minutes in length, depending on the degree to which you engage the automated program.
